Thanks for your tips. I tried all, but still had the same issue. This happens only when parsing osip_proxy_authorization.c
I give up !

I don't know if this will fix your problem, but if you've used MacPorts (or brew) to install all of the necessary tools, you should double check that your path starts with /usr/local/bin and /usr/opt/bin. In all of the various config scripts, sometimes full paths are used and sometimes they aren't.
If that doesn't work, check the installed versions of automake, autoconf, and libtool. Mine are 1.13.1, 2.69, and 2.4.2 respectively. Since your problem is more than a month old you could try port selfupgrade and port update.
Looking at your error, another possibility is that some of your code is being linked with the MacPorts version of libtool, and some is being linked with Apple's version. Did you follow this step:
Link macport libtoolize to glibtoolize
        $ sudo ln -s /opt/local/bin/glibtoolize /opt/local/bin/libtoolize
If you update any of the tools, make sure you do a make veryclean before testing again.
Good luck!
Sorry, I meant linphone Iphone.

Anyone sees the error below while compiling linphone android?

libtool: Version mismatch error.  This is libtool 2.4.2, but the
libtool: definition of this LT_INIT comes from an older release.
libtool: You should recreate aclocal.m4 with macros from libtool 2.4.2
libtool: and run autoconf again.
