[Linphone-developers] question about Android Linphone 1.1.6 on Samsung Galaxy Tab GT-P1000

hi,

when using Linphone for Android, version 1.1.6 on my Samsung 
Galaxy Tab GT-P1000 (Froyo 2.2), the microphone (both the internal one 
and the one integrated in the headset) does not work at all, that is, 
the other party does not hear me; I have checked that the tablet 
microphone works, i.e. making a GSM call. On the tablet, during the SIP 
communication, I can hear the other party.

On a pc where I have installed Linphone for windows, I have captured
 all the RTP packets, which show that there is bidirectional rtp 
traffic, as expected (using G711 PCMU payload) but the payload data of 
the RTP packets transmitted by the tablet contains all 0xFD bytes, so I 
think there is a problem with the Linphone app not working correctly 
with the tablet microphone. I have also tried to mute/unmute the 
microphone through the Linphone application, but the microphone still 
does not work.

Do you have any suggestion?
