Today it is working for me.
If the problem persists, maybe it's because linphonec is linking against an 
old installed liblinphone/libmediastreamer/libortp .so file in /usr/lib 
or /usr/local/lib.
In the case just cleanup thoses directories with any instances of those 
libraries, and rebuild.
