Hi Simon ,

I talked with our admin here. As per him he is not blocking traffic on any of the ports(tcp/udp).
What I have noticed is my PC doesn't have LIVE IP Address. It is the internal IP address. We have implemented NATing in our lab.
Do you think this could be the problem ?
Does Linphone require LIVE IP address to function correctly ?

If that is the case, Could you please help me to resolve this issue ?

So that is surely because your firewall is not opened to udp ports.
Ask your administrator...
