Hello,

The sending of RTCP SR and RR is automatic provided that you are using 
SENDRECV rtp session.
Currently there is no way to retrieve the information from a received SR 
packet. This is future work.

You can use 
rtp_session_set_source_description()
to set the information that will be send into SDES rtcp packets.
