I have not investigated this problem yet. Normally the reg_expires= sets the
time interval but according to this email there are some lower bounds you
cannot go through.

Go to mediastreamer/audiostream.c
Those functions are called from coreapi/osipuacb.c and coreapi/linphonecore.c
