[Linphone-developers] linphone under Gnome2 ?

Hi, In wanting to install linphone aon a fresh Gnu system, I realize it
was calling applet-widget.h from Gnome V1 while I'm running Gnome2.
The applet API has completly changed and no more
applet_widget_gtk_main() is used.
I hunted out the calls of applet_widget_init, applet_widget_new and
applet_widget_add in gnome/main.c and gnome/gui_utils.c.
I created a linphone.gnorba and a linphone.server file for Bonobo
activation server with this applet feeshly called linphone.

unfortunately, configure script seem to verify very deeply the presence,
usability and compilation of header in the provided with libpanel-applet
in Gnome V1.... 

I havent enough coder skills to go deeper in the ./configure to make it
suite the Gnome2 applet system. Do you plan to one day port it to gnome2
?
