Yeah, I know that some people prefer PDFs. Personally,
it would not even have crossed my mind to search for
documentation in PDF format. But then, I may be among
the youngest people here, so this is not really
representative of the user base.

If you have suggestions as to how to better format
grob pages in internals.pdf, feel free to dump them
on the issue.
