It's is just the part with magnifying that is missing in 2.19.82
docu 4.2.2., in the English, French or Italian version that has
been correctly translated.

You don't use the \magnifyStaff property?
I googled for "lilypond \magnifyStaff", however in the page of the
German 2.19 docu which I opened since it should contain magnifyStaff,
any reference to magnification could not be found. Some omission,
perhaps, with the translation.
