Here's a minimal version:
\version "2.18.2"
\header
{
title = "Title"
composer = "Composer"
}
lotw_begin =
{
\tempo "Andante"
\time 4/4
\key c \minor
}
lotw_piano_upper = \relative c''
{
}
lotw_piano_lower = \relative c
{
}
\book
{
\score
{
\new PianoStaff
<<
\new Staff = "upper" << \lotw_begin \lotw_piano_upper >>
\new Staff = "lower" << \lotw_begin \lotw_piano_lower >>
>>
}
}
WIth this, I would expect to have the Title and Composer, and piano
staffs showing on the output. Instead I just get the piano staffs.
Cheers.
