This solved the issue from me. Actually I even dropped some of the tags and still got the result I wanted (it seems that some of them were redundant).

Is the attached more what you want? It's tricky to tell as I'm not
familiar with editing RTL in emacs. (I changed the 3 As to XYZ to
distinguish the paragraphs.)
