Are you using \arpeggioBracket? It won't work at the PianoStaff or
ChoirStaff level, so you'll have to override the stencil for bracketed
style explicitly:
\override ChoirStaff.Arpeggio #'stencil = #ly:arpeggio::brew-chord-bracket
