remove merged branches & branches with tags

Dear all,

I'd like to remove the following branches where all commits are also
contained in master:
 - dev/johngourlay/issue-4751 (same commit IDs)
 - dev/kainhofer (same commit IDs)
 - coding-style (rebased commit ID is e868e084ea)

Additionally the following "branches" also have tags which more
correctly reflect their immutability:
 - tarball/master (tag: tarball/HEAD)
 - cvs/master (tag: cvs/HEAD)
 - stable/test (tag: release/2.19.83-1; this was never merged to
stable/2.20, but I think having a second branch doesn't provide more
value)

Is this OK with everyone?
