+1. Let us know if you need help. I went through the procedure just a 
few days ago, so my knowledge is scarce, but fresh.

That being said, I have a question left: is it possible to automatically 
checkout a Rietveld patch set to a new branch (via git and/or git-cl), 
or does one have to manually download and apply the patch set?
