scm/define-context-properties.scm:143: bars (which get bar numbers in

The regtest `bar-number-visibility' works for me w.r.t. bar numbers in
parentheses if using `all-bar-numbers-visible'.  However, it is indeed a
bug that bar number 1 is not shown, given that we now have the various
`first-bar-number-invisible-*' procedures.  So my documentation is
correct but the implementation is not :-)
