Cygwin also has latex. I see a bunch of hits in google for
"texi2pdf windows", although I don't vouch for any of them.
... anyway, thanks to Trevor's work, tomorrow's mingw build should
be much better out of the box. If nobody has texi2pdf.exe
installed, I won't cry: just having lilypond-book run to
completion is good enough. As long as we're not aware of any
previously-working functionality failing to work, the Critical
issue will be gone.
