Transposing. Also, translating from relative to absolute. Hey, I
never claimed that it was *vitally useful* useful. :)

It has to do with "general input and output". More "general
input" syntax, but I certainly wouldn't say that it doesn't belong
in NR 3.

Well, I'm also open to being convinced otherwise... no, that's not
quite right. I just don't see it as a big deal.
I must admit that NR 3.3 is pretty much an "odds and ends"
section. But the best argument I can give is that it doesn't
require scheme, so it shouldn't be exclusively in NR 6.
