[Auto mailings of changes to Lily Issues]

Some more observations on this:
The R’s at the beginning are necessary to trigger the bug.
If they’re missing, the second voice note gets engraved, but warnings are given for unterminated hairpins.
With the R’s, there are no such warnings.

Yet another one with \partcombine: in the following snippet, when a crescendo is not terminated by a \! or a dynamic, the voice disappears.
