I've hacked the HTML file on the server so it's now correct. This might be overwritten by a website build, which happens when website files are changed in master (I don't believe it needs a full docs build and upload) so it might be over-written back. If it is, I'll fix create-weblinks on the server too.

Think this should stay at patch-new so it is tested.

In issue [#4833] I omitted to change download to downloads in scripts/build/create-weblinks-itexi.py so the doc tarballs are broken.
