Patchy the autobot says: passes tests.  Several significantly changed  
files.  Nevertheless putting on review since the nature of the changes is  
consistent with the intent of the patch.  It would need to be verified that  
the changes are actually _correct_.  Changed regtests are flags-default,  
mensural-ligatures, tablature-full-notation, chordname-exceptions,  
metronome-text, chords-funky-ignatzek, fret-diagrams-opposing-landscape,  
fret-diagrams-landscape, part-combine-force-once.  metronome-text is  
probably the last of those with a discernible difference.  One would want  
to look up the fonts and sizes employed here, and I have no real clue how  
to go about that.
