http://code.google.com/p/lilypond/issues/detail?id=1698Mike, thanks for your efforts, but I don't like \startRepeatSlurOnNote and friends. (Additionally, the command names, while descriptive, are far too long for my taste.)
From a logical point of view they are completely unnecessary, since `~' in combination with `\repeat volta' provides everything needed (ditto for `(' and `\('). What am I missing? I suppose there are technical problems, so please elaborate. Are these problems really unsurmountable so that new commands must be invented?
