Robert Schmaus reports about a lot of warnings

when trying the example in  
http://lilypond.org/doc/v2.16/Documentation/notation/defining-new-contexts

apparently the Rhythmic_column_engraver is missing and

\consists Rhythmic_column_engraver

should be added in the doc.

(or any other solution)
