        Fix bootstrap with older libtool.m4 in reach of aclocal.
        * libltdl/m4/lt~obsolete.m4: Add stub definitions for
        _LT_REQUIRED_DARWIN_CHECKS and _LT_AC_PROG_CXXCPP.
