Recently (as in, during the current round of patches over the last 3  
or 4 months) all on Mac OS, but until then on all of the machines at  
work on a fairly regular basis (say once or twice per month) without  
incident.  And I haven't touched bootstrap (other than license  
changes) in about 2 years.

I don't recall, but as soon as I've finished the test case for the  
release blocker patch I'm working on, I plan to do another round of  
tests on all the arch's I have access to.

I have autoconf-2.61, automake-1.10, and CVS HEAD of m4, and have had  
for a long time now.
