Seems to have broken cygwin: passed this test on 2007-04-21, fails now 
-- and this patch was applied on 2007-04-23.   testsuite.log attached.

(Also fails new lt_dladvise.at -- which I manually copied in from Gary's 
patch, as the file didn't get added to cvs.  But we knew cygwin was 
going to fail that test, due to missing -no-undefined)
