I've done a test round of CVS HEAD some weeks ago, and fixed the bulk of the failures that I encountered. There are still some left; most notably I've been neglecting w32 systems, due to their testing being so cumbersome and less parallelizable for me (ssh access to Cygwin or MinGW for me anyone?).
Can't help there; my only win32 system is a laptop that travels with me. However, I ran the HEAD testsuite about two weeks ago -- before the recent mdemo fixes. Here are my results:
(1) Old tests: all mdemo/mdemo2 stuff. I'm betting that these four failures have been fixed now. (2) New tests: 13 - FC -- cygwin's gcc is 3.4.4, so it has g77 but not gfortran. 14 - Java -- I think cygwin's gcc has gcj, but I've never used it at all, and have no idea if it even works for HelloWorld.java. 19 - static linking flags for programs 46 - build tree relpaths 48 - Run tests with low max_cmd_len: 20070205 predates a lot of Ralf's recent max_cmd_len fixes. So, given the recent fixes, cygwin's testsuite compliance on HEAD looks pretty good. I'll rebuild with latest HEAD and re-run soon.
