Hehe.  This turned out to possibly have been
- one system with a wrong clock, and
- another system (w32) with lower time stamp resolution
  (moving file _from_ there elsewhere).

Very good.  I'm moving the regression to wontfix, as we can probably
just ignore this unless somebody stumbles over it again.  :-)
