Thanks for your patch.  Glancing over _LT_AC_LANG_GCJ_CONFIG, there are
many more default settings missing compared to _LT_LANG_F77_CONFIG for
example.  Likewise for _LT_LANG_RC_CONFIG.

I wonder whether we should separate those default settings out to a new
macro so we don't forget this again.
