FYI: update output Copyright year

[Ralf Wildenhues]

We forgot to update the Copyright statement which is output into
`configure' (and into `aclocal.m4' for old versions of aclocal).

Applied to HEAD and branch-2-0.  And yes, there _have_ been
copyrightable changes.
