That's because you aren't doing "make install" before "make check". The
tests use the just built libtoolize to copy the required files into the
test directory. The just built libtoolize copies the *installed* copies
of these files. I believe that I whined about this on the list already :)
Ah, okay. I'm working on a fix for that at the moment.
