Still working on getting cvsapply (cvs-utils) to roll up the patch as an
attachment. Mail.app on my iBook attaches patches as bin/octet-streams,
thunderbird does the annoying ~ prefix on lines that start with whitespace,
and gpg escapes lines with a leading `-' :-(

Not sure yet how my new powerbook (with Panther Mail.app) will cope with
attachment mime-types, but it does at least do mailbox threading :-)

I might well go back to mutt, at least until I have cvsapply posting patches
properly...

It's going to take a little while longer, because both autoreconf and automake
don't invoke libtool when there is no AC_PROG_LIBTOOL in configure.ac :-( We
may have to ship libtool with patches for automake 1.8.2 and autoconf 2.59.

Cheers,
        Gary.
