address@hidden is the place to ask.  They're usually
pretty busy... I could set up a gnats database though.  bugzilla would
require special intervention, I don't know how to set that up (right
now the only bugzilla instance on the system is customized for gcc
use; so I imagine it would take some effort).

Another option would be to add a new category to the automake gnats
database for libtool reports.
