Patch to fix missing pathnames in uninstalled libraries

Nicholas Wourms has pointed out that my patch to fix missing pathnames in
uninstalled libraries, initially submitted to this group in March, contained
straight diff output rather than unidiff.  So, this is a resubmit with diffs
from the fresh CVS version of libtool in unified format.

My prior Email describes the problem and the contents of the attached file:

I have submitted a copyright assignment form to the FSF, but noone has yet
confirmed that it was received.
