This is not the patch I'm referring to, I mean the one for hppa 64-bit
support. It was formatted as context diff. I slightly prefer inline
patches, but it doesn't really matter either way.

I don't understand the problem. The original patch was a unidiff
patch against the cvs head version. Most gcc maintainers prefer
patches inline so that it is easier to make comments. Anyway, here
it is again as an attachment.
