Fix verbose link extraction for multiply reconfigured GCC.
* libltdl/m4/libtool.m4 (_LT_LANG_CXX_CONFIG)
<output_verbose_link_cmd>: Drop GCC lines "Configured with" that
may contain unrelated flags.
