Thanks, I've sent a request there.
A lot of municipal governments in Canada are announcing Open Data
projects and are releasing their data under custom licenses that will be
problematic - giving the impression the data can be used by anyone for
any purpose when in fact there exist important restrictions.
I am particularly interested in data used in the context of the
OpenStreetMap project but of course this has wider implications.
