Yes, we can list any events in http://www.fsf.org/events, and we can
include them in our monthly newsletter if there is enough notice
(60k-ish subscribers).
And we could put up a blog post written by someone to promote the idea,
in fsf.org/blogs. Of course we could also write one ourselves, but it
would be most helpful to post one already written :).
