Details:

I tried to join many groups, but it is not working when I click the join
button, page just refresh and not join them. I tried to create group and it is
working and shows up. So I can create group but not join any? Tried both alpha
and alpha.dev but no difference.

Sorry if this is a known bug, tried to search but nothing found.
