The OBJECT MAP seems not to work for versions R2000 (at least as
described by the ODA specs). I did not test for R13 and R14. For R2004
it works fine.

The way I solved this was by scanning the file for objects and
discarding those with "strange" values, a very heuristic approximation
and very prone to errors, but I didn´t find other way to solve the
problem, it seems to work that way.
