[Libreboot] X200 intermittent boot

After librebooting an 8mb X200 successfully ("VERIFIED") I can only get
the machine to boot intermittently. On most power-ons the LCD remains
blank and there is no boot. On others garbage flashes on the screen and
there is no boot. Finally, once in a handfull of power-on attempt the
machine will boot, the screen will work fine and then run with no
issues. Here are some details.

I find th very strange that it is intermittent; I would have expected it
to either work, or nor. Further help debugging this much
appreciated. I'm considering replacing the LCD.
