[Libreboot-dev] fix unhuffme incorrect attribution

Smashthestack never had any involvement. It was always hosted by the
io wargame specifically, which for years was associated by dns only to
sts. This too is changing as it continues under netgarage.org domain.
This patch fixes the attribution, and uses the more stable dns.

note: i'm also fine with removing the link entirely. Please cc, not subscribed.
