Hi,

I found the documentation about changing the GRUB configuration a bit
confusing, so I decided to restructure it a little and add some notes:

- Improve structure so that optional parts are clearer.
- Add note about where to find the executables.
- Add short explanation of the ROM names.
- Backup grubtest.cfg to grubtest_vanilla.cfg before doing any
  modifications.
