[libmicrohttpd] libmicrohttpd 0.4.2 release

Dear all,

I've just release libmicrohttpd 0.4.2.  This release fixes the read 
performance issue (only relevant for processing of PUT/POST requests under 
certain circumstances), various minor issues with how (and when) MHD calls the 
"request completed" callback and finally adds a function to the API to get the 
version number of the libmicrohttpd library (for cases where having a constant 
in the header is insufficient, say because of linkage changes later).

0.4.2 should hit the various GNU mirrors shortly, in the meantime 
https://gnunet.org/libmicrohttpd/download/libmicrohttpd-0.4.2.tar.gz should 
work already.
