Simple -- your \author and \title don't really show up in the PDF metadata.
You need to do this (after the last exsting usepackage):
\usepackage{hyperref}
\hypersetup{backref,
pdftitle=A title,
pdfauthor=Christian Grothoff,
pdfkeywords=foo bar,
pdfsubject=Computer Science,
colorlinks=true}
