[Liberty-eiffel] adler rc1 is out

At last, it is done. The Savannah repository is tagged, and the rc1 debs are available via apt.liberty-eiffel.org

Note: there is a bug in ET, tags are not propagated to the github repository mirror. I'll fix that.
