Looks like something in your environment turns lseek into a C preprocessor variable.
On line 983 try adding this:
#undef lseek
So these lines:
_funcs.get_track_preemphasis = get_track_preemphasis_generic,
_funcs.lseek = NULL;
Become:
_funcs.get_track_preemphasis = get_track_preemphasis_generic,
#undef lseek
_funcs.lseek = NULL;
