[Libcdio-devel] Fix crash when trying to copy UDF root files with iso-read

Hey,

While experimenting with iso-read UDF support, I tried to copy
all the files from an UDF image, and I got reliable crashes
when trying to copy files from the root directory. The attached patch
fixes this. This patch is available from the repository at
http://cgit.freedesktop.org/~teuf/cdio
