Not that anyone has asked for this, but I've checked the Python
wrapper (via SWIG) into libcdio's CVS under the name pycdio. It is on
the same level or a sibling to libcdio. The ViewCVS URL is
http://cvs.savannah.gnu.org/viewcvs/?cvsroot=libcdio/pycdio
What's there is probably 2/3rds of libcdio. (For example missing is
the ISO 9660 library, MMC and cdparanoia interfaces).
Still it's fairly functional. I've also put out a candidate tarball of
this as is my custom at
http://bashdb.sourceforge.net/pycdio-0.10cvs.tar.gz
As always, I'd appreciate it if folks would try it out. It will
probably go out for general release fairly soon.
Finally, probably the C++ wrapping will probably be redone a little to
look more like the Python interface.
Thanks.
