Hi all

Just to let you know we finally developped a module to display late
issues and generate e-mail for borrowers who have late issues.
As there's a feature freeze until 2.0 is out, we can't commit it now.
If anyone's interested in testing, please contact me, I'll send you the
files with the apropriate information.
