It would be great if there were one more step added to the process of adding a
biblio framework.  Right now you create a new framework based on an old one.  If
you're just starting out, you may just have one default framework, which might
have just about everything possible (i.e. too much for most records).  It would
be nice if there were a step right after duplicating the original framework
where you could go down a list and put a check mark next to each tag you want to
include in the new framework.  As it is now you have to painstakingly delete
each one, which is very time-consuming.
